How it works

  2. We upload it securely and transcribe it — usually a minute or two.

FAQ

What files can I transcribe?

Most video and audio formats (MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV, M4A, and more), up to 500 MB. If it has speech, we can transcribe it.

How do speaker labels and names work?

We run speaker diarization, which separates the conversation into Speaker A, B, C… Then we look for places where someone says their name ("I'm Sarah") or is addressed by name, and fill those in automatically. When a name isn't clear, the speaker stays labelled A/B.

Do you keep my file?

No. Uploads land in a temporary bucket that auto-deletes within ~2 days, and we don't store the video long-term.

Is it really free?

Yes. It's a free tool from Reclipt; we just ask for an email so we can send you product updates.
